YRR Rabbit Adoption Form

Please answer the following questions honestly and in as much detail as possible. This is to give us an idea of the type of home you could offer our rabbits. If you have any questions feel free to email us; we are more than happy to help and discuss anything you are unsure about. You are under no obligation to adopt once this form is submitted.
Once submitted you will also need to forward a photo of your rabbit(s) intended accommodation to yrr.adoptions@outlook.com please put your name in the subject box so we can match this with your form.

Do you have any children? please state ages if so.

Who will be responsible for the rabbts? And how much time will be spent with them daily?

Are you willing and able to keep up with annual mandatory vaccines and any veterinary treatment needed?

Are you willing to provide the rabbits with accommodation that meets minimum requirements set out by the RWAF? Please state your accommodation type AND size. (Dont forget to send in a photo of this).

Do you have any plans to move in the next 10 years? If so are you commited to finding somewhere suitable for the rabbits?
